Individual Therapy

You didn’t choose to experience the trauma you survived; we believe it’s important you have a choice in how you heal from it. We offer several evidence-based approaches to reduce the effects of trauma. Evidence-based practice means combining methods that are supported by research with each individual’s preferences and unique circumstances in mind, and we like to discuss this collaboratively with each person.

We also offer evidence-based treatment for Anxiety, Depression, and OCD. We meet regularly as a practice for group supervision as well as for continuing education trainings, because we are committed to continuous learning, improvement, and staying up-to-date on the research to ensure we provide the highest quality services.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to connect with others during your growth process.

Research has shown significant reductions in parenting stress and improvements in parent-child interactions after implementing the Collaborative and Proactive Solutions approach by Dr. Ross Greene. Together with other parents who can relate, and Dr. David Keiling who has extensive experience helping children and families succeed, you’ll read “The Explosive Child” book, discuss its applications, and have an opportunity to practice based on your child’s tendencies.
